Legal advisory engagements
We have provided and continue to provide legal advisory to KIFFWA in a number of engagements including:

KIFFWA’s participation in a water initiative to be develop 3MW to 8MW Run of the river Hydro Power Station in Siaya County;
KIFFWA’s participation in a water initiative to develop and implement sustainable water
supply and sanitation services to communities in semi-arid areas within Kenya.

Legal and Transaction Advisory for County Urban Renewal Project
Part of the transaction advisory team to the county government of Mombasa that spearheaded the successful financial close of its
urban renewal and regeneration of old housing estates under a joint venture model. Key transaction highlights were as follows:

Target number of houses: 100,000
Target Estates: Khadija Estate, Miritini Greenfields, Changamwe Estate, Likoni Estates, and Nyerere Estate

County Government of Nairobi

Legal and Transaction Advisory for County Urban Renewal Project.
